Breakfast Burrito
I ordered a takeout Breakfast Burrito. It was amazing as always. I love the plentiful green chili smothered over it, along with pinto beans, which are the best in the area. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
Steak and Enchiladas
I was able to order off of the lunch menu for breakfast. The steak was cooked medium rare to my liking and the enchilada with christmas sauce was a nice complement. I prefer refried beans to whole pinto so skipped those, but the rice that came with it was good. Solid meal.
Chilaquiles
This was my first time trying chilaquiles and it's now going to be one of my favorite breakfasts moving forward. I got the eggs fried and the cheese was delicious. Pair with a mango mimosa to get your day started right.
Huevos Rancheros
You cannot find better Huevos Rancheros! The potatoes (pantry fries) and green chili bring the perfect combination of savory and spicy. We travel from Colorado to New Mexico several times a year and the Pantry Rio is our first stop!
Avocado Toast
Delicious! Fast service, friendly server's. I will be back!
Reuben Sandwich
The was the first time I ate here and I lived in ABQ for over 30 years and I come often to Santa Fe. I was pleasantly surprised with your restaurant. The service was very good and the food was excellent. I asked the my Reuben sandwich be grilled very well which it was and asked for a side of thousand island dressing which you provided promptly. And there was no extra charge for it. I will come here again. I can't believe I did come here sooner.
Breakfast Burrito
It's a large burrito that feels hearty, bold, and unapologetically indulgent. The potatoes were well seasoned and a great compliment. I got Christmas style and added chorizo. Will get again.
Chilaquiles
Everything is always great. Me and my employees order from here 2 times a week. We also always recommend our hotel guests to go and eat. I have never heard anything back from a guest. Thank you for being a staple in the downtown.
Chilaquiles
If you are looking for the best chilaquiles in New Mexico, you have found it. Nothing bland about this dish! The eggs are smothered in flavor, the tortilla chips are still crunchy while the green sauce was to die for. Can not go wrong with this!
Veggie Omelette
Loved the omelette and specialty coffee! The omelette stayed warm throughout the meal! How do you do it? ?
